  • As a Senior Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and storage solutions.
  • You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and analysts to ensure efficient data workflows and enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data workflows, optimizing data storage and processing using cloud-based technologies, and ensuring data integrity and compliance with industry standards.
  • You will also monitor and improve data infrastructure performance, implement best practices for data governance, and develop robust data injection processes.

Requirements:

  • You should have 5+ years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
  • A strong expertise in AWS data services such as Redshift, Glue, Athena, S3, Lambda, and Kinesis is required.
  • Experience with big data technologies like Apache Spark and Apache Airflow is necessary.
  • You must possess strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and schema design.
  • Hands-on experience in Python is essential.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders are necessary.
  • Fluency in English (B2) with both written and spoken skills is required for clear communication with native speakers.
