  • Candidates should demonstrate the ability to act with urgency, focus, and effective prioritization.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.
  • Experience developing and scaling dbt projects, working in high-growth tech or SaaS environments, or using open table formats like Apache Iceberg is a plus.
