• Candidates must have experience building data pipelines for heterogeneous data ingestion and managing health/clinical datasets.
• Proficiency in creating ELT and ETL processes for data warehouses and data lakes is essential.
• Experience with data visualization tools and handling genomic, imaging, and wearable device data is required.
• Knowledge of data modeling, database design, and data governance is necessary.
• Candidates must have experience deploying data pipelines in the cloud and processing unstructured data.
• Strong understanding of research processes in biological or medical fields is required.
• Proficiency in Python/R, SQL, and database design skills is essential.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards and compliance frameworks is necessary.
