Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a data engineering or similar backend data-focused role is necessary.
• Proven track record of delivering production-grade data pipelines at scale is essential.
• Experience collaborating closely with product managers, data scientists, and full stack engineers is required.
• Strong SQL and Python development skills for data transformation and automation are necessary.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and serverless data services is required.
• Strong experience with data warehouse technologies (Snowflake preferred) is necessary.
• Skilled in API integrations and ingestion from third-party systems is required.
• Familiarity with data modeling techniques such as Kimball/Star schema and Data Vault is necessary.
• Experience implementing CI/CD practices for data workflows is required.
• Ability to set up logging, monitoring, and alerting for data jobs is necessary.
