Seesaw is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join the Data Foundations team, which is responsible for building and maintaining the data infrastructure that supports data-driven decision making across the company.
The role involves scaling the data infrastructure to serve a growing international user base, including evolving the Snowflake architecture and supporting regional data requirements.
Responsibilities include designing and implementing scalable data warehouse models, evolving ETL pipelines, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
The position offers ownership of new initiatives to support multiple regional data requirements and contribute to the globalization of the data platform.

Requirements:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
Candidates must have 4+ years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
Strong proficiency in SQL and Python is essential.
Deep experience with Snowflake, including managing large-scale deployments and performance tuning, is required.
Experience in building and maintaining robust ETL pipelines, preferably with tools like AWS Glue or Airflow, is necessary.
Familiarity with AWS and cloud-based data architectures is expected.
Experience supporting distributed data infrastructure or regional data warehouse instances is important.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills, are required.
Benefits:
The annual base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $160,000, plus RSUs.
