Requirements:
Candidates should have 2β4 years of experience in a data engineering role.
Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with NoSQL databases is required.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, is necessary.
A working knowledge of ETL tools and data warehouse platforms like Snowflake is essential.
Programming experience in Python or similar scripting languages is required.
Understanding of performance optimization techniques such as indexing, partitioning, and caching is necessary.
Awareness of security best practices in data handling and infrastructure is important.
Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for data workflows using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or AWS CodePipeline is required.
Familiarity with data modeling techniques and experience designing semantic layers for BI and analytics tools is necessary.
Experience in designing and implementing data pipelines using medallion architecture to support scalable and maintainable data systems is required.
The ability to work independently and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders is essential.
