Requirements:

  • Candidates should have 2–4 years of experience in a data engineering role.
  • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with NoSQL databases is required.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, is necessary.
  • A working knowledge of ETL tools and data warehouse platforms like Snowflake is essential.
  • Programming experience in Python or similar scripting languages is required.
  • Understanding of performance optimization techniques such as indexing, partitioning, and caching is necessary.
  • Awareness of security best practices in data handling and infrastructure is important.
  • Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for data workflows using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or AWS CodePipeline is required.
  • Familiarity with data modeling techniques and experience designing semantic layers for BI and analytics tools is necessary.
  • Experience in designing and implementing data pipelines using medallion architecture to support scalable and maintainable data systems is required.
  • The ability to work independently and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders is essential.
