Centivo is seeking a strategic and hands-on Data Integration Lead to direct a high-performing team of analysts in designing, developing, and managing both new and existing data interfaces.
This role blends leadership, technical expertise, and operational excellence to ensure seamless data exchange processes that align with organizational goals and elevate business outcomes.
The Data Integration Lead will be responsible for building structure, optimizing workflows, and driving measurable efficiencies across data integration efforts.
The position requires navigating challenges, removing blockers, and ensuring the team delivers impactful, high-quality solutions that support both internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include providing vision and direction for data interface initiatives, leading and mentoring a team of analysts, building and refining workflows, and defining and monitoring KPIs.
The role also involves overseeing the full lifecycle of data interfaces, collaborating with external partners and internal teams, establishing data exchange standards, troubleshooting technical issues, and serving as a technical lead on large-scale integration projects.
Additionally, the Data Integration Lead will develop processes for efficiency and scalability, identify opportunities for automation, and partner with leadership to explore new technical solutions.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required for this position.
Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in a Payor, Health Plan, Health System, or Provider organization.
A minimum of 5+ years working with EDI and data interfaces is necessary.
At least 3+ years in a leadership role managing people and processes is required.
Preferred qualifications include deep expertise in EDI & ANSI X12 healthcare transactions, proven experience with non-standard transaction implementations, and a background in claims administration systems, particularly HealthRules Payer.
Hands-on experience establishing new data interfaces, proficiency in SQL and JSON, and a track record of defining and executing application strategies and roadmaps are also preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving operational issues, along with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, are essential.
