The data integrations engineer will operate across both engineering and customer success teams to ensure customers can integrate with and leverage the scheduling technology.
This role involves owning a portfolio of clients who wish to integrate for their scheduling needs and devising architecture to generalize and scale the integration process.
The data integrations engineer will establish the culture and patterns that will allow the team to grow over time to serve more customers.
Requirements:
Prior experience successfully implementing data ingestion, transformation, cleaning, and export through various means, including CSV-based integrations and service APIs.
Experience with at least one programming language, predominantly Python and Typescript, and 1+ years of experience with data query and analysis technologies such as SQL and Python Pandas in a client-facing capacity.
Demonstrated experience leveraging communication and collaboration skills to work with customers and cross-functional team members.
Ability and excitement to step into an early (seed-stage) startup role, with urgency of execution, breadth of responsibilities, and opportunities for growth.
Preferred qualifications include prior experience with mentoring, interviewing, and growing technical team members.
Experience working with school and district data as an educator, administrator, or IT staff member is preferred, especially familiarity with school scheduling systems and SIS platforms.
Candidates should be located in New York City or Boston metropolitan areas, as the role is remote but involves regular in-person gatherings.
