Requirements:
Candidates must have 4+ years of relevant industry experience at a high-growth startup or a scrappy team at a larger company.
Applicants should be eager to serve as the primary data thought partner for cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in providing full-stack data support, including metric and data model design, exploratory analysis, testing, and predictive modeling is required.
Fluency in SQL and substantial professional experience with Python or R is necessary.
Experience in building key metrics, reporting, and models from scratch for a product or business domain is essential.
Candidates should have utilized A/B testing or causal inference methods to help teams identify effective levers.
