Requirements:

• A Ph.D. with 1-2 years of experience or a Master’s degree with 3-4 years of experience in a relevant computational science field, such as computational biology, bioengineering, or biostatistics, is required.
• A strong background in data processing and analysis is essential.
• Familiarity with statistics and machine learning techniques, including neural networks, generative models, ensemble learning, regression, classification, and regularization, is necessary.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with data analysis libraries like Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-learn, and TensorFlow/PyTorch is required.
• Familiarity with version control systems for code, such as Gitlab or Github, is expected.
• Knowledge of bioengineering principles and human tissue models, as well as the application of computational biology in drug discovery, is important.
• Strong communication skills are needed for effective collaboration and presentation of results.
