Requirements:
A Ph.D. with 1-2 years of experience or a Master’s degree with 3-4 years of experience in a relevant computational science field, such as computational biology, bioengineering, or biostatistics, is required.
A strong background in data processing and analysis is essential.
Familiarity with statistics and machine learning techniques, including neural networks, generative models, ensemble learning, regression, classification, and regularization, is necessary.
Proficiency in Python and experience with data analysis libraries like Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-learn, and TensorFlow/PyTorch is required.
Familiarity with version control systems for code, such as Gitlab or Github, is expected.
Knowledge of bioengineering principles and human tissue models, as well as the application of computational biology in drug discovery, is important.
Strong communication skills are needed for effective collaboration and presentation of results.
