The company is seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join their team.
The role involves turning vast amounts of data from elite sports into meaningful insights to empower teams and athletes.
Responsibilities include developing and operationalizing analytics concepts, contributing to data science initiatives in elite sports and the defense sector, improving the Intelligence Platform, building data pipelines and models, developing performance dashboards, and presenting insights to clients.
Requirements:
Candidates should have 3–5 years of industry experience in a data science role, preferably in a research and development capacity within a software company.
Strong programming skills in Python are essential, with a focus on clean and organized code.
Experience in building models and developing data and analytical pipelines to address real-world problems is required.
A solid understanding of machine learning and statistical theory, along with practical experience applying various techniques, is necessary.
Familiarity with deploying models in production environments is expected.
Strong communication skills are needed to explain complex data science concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Candidates must be able to work collaboratively with internal and external teams to develop suitable solutions.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Sports Science, or a related field is required.
