The Analytics team is seeking a Data Scientist to drive data-driven decision-making at Rula.
This role involves collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to generate insights and recommendations that influence strategy.
Responsibilities include translating broad questions into actionable research plans, conducting proactive data exploration, and communicating results effectively.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field with a strong quantitative foundation is required.
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in data analytics or data science.
Advanced technical expertise with modern data stacks (e.g., dbt, Airflow) and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Hex) is necessary.
Strong experience in A/B testing, including experiment design, deployment, and results interpretation is required.
Experience in building and maintaining multitouch attribution models to assess the impact of user touchpoints on conversion and engagement is essential.
A deep understanding of growth analytics metrics (e.g., conversion, churn, LTV) and the ability to translate them into actionable insights is required.
