Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field with a strong quantitative foundation is required.
  • Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in data analytics or data science.
  • Advanced technical expertise with modern data stacks (e.g., dbt, Airflow) and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Hex) is necessary.
  • Strong experience in A/B testing, including experiment design, deployment, and results interpretation is required.
  • Experience in building and maintaining multitouch attribution models to assess the impact of user touchpoints on conversion and engagement is essential.
  • A deep understanding of growth analytics metrics (e.g., conversion, churn, LTV) and the ability to translate them into actionable insights is required.
