  • The Data Scientist will support and provide leadership to the Data Analytics team and other internal departments.
  • Key responsibilities include analyzing structured and unstructured data, applying predictive modeling techniques, integrating data, driving segmentation strategies, leading data science projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and staying current with data science tools.

Requirements:

  • A graduate degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, or equivalent practical experience is required.
  • Relevant certifications such as Databricks Machine Learning Associate or Professional, Lakehouse Fundamentals, or Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals are necessary.
  • Candidates must have hands-on experience in building, deploying, and managing predictive models using agile and MLFlow-based methodologies.
  • Proficiency and experience working within Databricks and Microsoft Azure environments are essential.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders are required.
  • Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaboration skills are necessary to build relationships across functions and contribute to a cooperative culture.
  • Adaptability to dynamic environments with shifting priorities and emerging technologies is important.
  • Leadership capabilities to guide projects and others through the data science life cycle are expected.
  • Attention to detail regarding accuracy, data integrity, and reproducibility is crucial.
