  • Younited is seeking a Data Strategy & Innovation Lead to maximize the value of their proprietary database.
  • The role involves enriching the database with internal and external data, proposing new data services, and packaging new data offerings.
  • Responsibilities include developing data-driven products, focusing on loyalty programs, data monetization strategies, and generating customer insights.
  • The candidate will enrich data assets, explore new data sources, perform customer segmentation, ensure ethical data practices, and monitor KPIs for new products.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders is essential, including Product and Business Development teams, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Sales teams.
  • The position requires presenting complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements:

  • A Masterโ€™s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field is required.
  • The candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in data-driven roles, particularly in data strategy, innovation, or product development within financial services.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data modeling, and segmentation techniques is necessary.
  • The candidate must possess strong business acumen to translate business needs into data opportunities and understand data monetization.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to data ethics and compliance are essential.
