Younited is seeking a Data Strategy & Innovation Lead to maximize the value of their proprietary database.
The role involves enriching the database with internal and external data, proposing new data services, and packaging new data offerings.
Responsibilities include developing data-driven products, focusing on loyalty programs, data monetization strategies, and generating customer insights.
The candidate will enrich data assets, explore new data sources, perform customer segmentation, ensure ethical data practices, and monitor KPIs for new products.
Collaboration with stakeholders is essential, including Product and Business Development teams, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Sales teams.
The position requires presenting complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements:
A Masterโs or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field is required.
The candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in data-driven roles, particularly in data strategy, innovation, or product development within financial services.
Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data modeling, and segmentation techniques is necessary.
The candidate must possess strong business acumen to translate business needs into data opportunities and understand data monetization.
Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to data ethics and compliance are essential.
