Requirements:

• Strong coding proficiency in a modern programming language, preferably Typescript or Node.js, with application-level database integration experience is necessary.
• Deep practical knowledge of MongoDB internals, including indexing, replication, aggregation, and storage engines, is essential.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working within cross-functional teams are required.
• Excellent written and asynchronous communication skills are necessary, with the ability to lead technical discussions and build consensus.
• Bonus skills include experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Pulumi, MongoDB Atlas, PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, or large-scale migration projects.
