The role involves troubleshooting and resolving complex customer issues related to the Prophecy IDE and assisting with third-party integrations.
Responsibilities include reproducing customer bugs, setting clear expectations with customers, providing best practices guidance, and delivering proactive suggestions for performance improvement.
The position requires a true sense of ownership and coordination with engineering to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
The architect will also participate in creating and maintaining company documentation and knowledge articles, advocate for customers, and coach team members as needed.
Advanced knowledge of Prophecy IDE architecture and administration is essential, along with supporting customers via chat, email, and video conference.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 4+ years of experience troubleshooting and supporting B2B large enterprise applications.
Advanced skills in Spark and experience building DBT pipelines are required.
Applicants should have experience managing all aspects of ETL, including development, bug fixing, monitoring, and debugging of jobs.
The ability to communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders both verbally and in writing is necessary.
Strong work experience in production issue resolution is essential.
Expertise in Spark architecture and experience with Databricks/Snowflake environment configuration and management is required.
Familiarity with Git and CI/CD technologies is necessary.
Candidates should have technology experience in SQL, Databricks, Hadoop, and Spark.
Experience with tools and products such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Azure, and CDP is preferred.
Hands-on technical support experience and knowledge of Incident, Change, and Problem Management procedures are required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
A creative attitude toward problem-solving and an entrepreneurial spirit are desired.
A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field is required.
