Keeper is hiring a technically skilled and customer-focused Demo Solutions Engineer to design, build, and deliver compelling product demonstrations that showcase the value of their solutions.
This is a 100% remote position from select locations, with an opportunity for a hybrid schedule for candidates based in the Chicago, IL metro area.
The Demo Solutions Engineer will work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to create tailored demo experiences that help accelerate the sales cycle.
Responsibilities include developing, managing, and maintaining high-impact demo environments that reflect real-world customer scenarios, collaborating with sales reps and product managers to understand customer needs, and building self-service and live demo assets in AWS using tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
The role also involves delivering engaging live or recorded demonstrations, automating and optimizing demo environment deployment, training sales and marketing teams on demo best practices, and collecting feedback to improve demo experiences.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 2+ years of experience in pre-sales, demo engineering, or technical product marketing.
A strong knowledge of software development, SaaS, APIs, and cloud platforms is required.
Experience creating or managing technical environments for demos or POCs is essential.
The ability to translate technical features into business value is necessary.
Excellent presentation and storytelling skills are required.
Familiarity with sales and demo automation tools is a plus.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required.
