Remote Desarrollador Frontend (React o Vue)

Description:

• Multiplica Talent is seeking a Frontend Developer with a focus on visual excellence, accessibility, and component architecture.
• The role requires experience in building, documenting, and maintaining scalable Design Systems.
• This position combines implementation skills with technical leadership to guide the team in key Frontend decisions, product integration, and best development practices.
• Responsibilities include leading the implementation of components based on Atomic Design principles, designing and scaling modular and accessible design systems in collaboration with UX/UI, and establishing clear naming conventions (BEM, CSS-in-JS, SCSS Modules).
• The developer will integrate living documentation tools such as Storybook or Tokens Studio, ensure compliance with WCAG and accessibility standards for all components, and coordinate code reviews, style guides, and documentation for the team.
• The role also involves proposing improvements in performance, architecture, and developer experience (DX), as well as participating in the technical design of integrations with backend and product.
• Candidates should have 3+ years of professional Frontend development experience and familiarity with tools like Patternlab or Storybook, Figma Tokens, Vite, and Webpack.
• A strong background in implementing and maintaining Design Systems, proficiency in React, Vue, or other modern frameworks, and deep knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, semantics, and accessibility is required.
• The position is a Freelance contract with 100% availability needed, for a project duration of 2 to 3 months with the possibility of extension.
• Candidates must reside in Colombia and work under the Mexican calendar (holidays and time zone).

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 3+ years of professional Frontend development experience.
• Experience with tools such as Patternlab or Storybook, Figma Tokens, Vite, and Webpack is required.
• A strong background in implementing and maintaining Design Systems is essential.
• Proficiency in React, Vue, or other modern frameworks is necessary.
• Candidates should possess deep knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, semantics, and accessibility.
• The position requires 100% availability for the duration of the project.
• Candidates must be able to work under the Mexican calendar, including holidays and time zone.
• The role is open to candidates residing in Colombia.
