Requirements:

• Proven experience of 3+ years in fullstack development is required.
• Proficiency in Node.js and/or Ruby on Rails for backend development is necessary.
• Experience with React.js for frontend development is essential.
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) is required.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL is necessary.
• Understanding of CI/CD, automated testing, and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) is required.
• Experience with version control using Git/GitHub is essential.
• Interest in using AI tools (such as Cursor AI) applied to the development cycle is necessary.
• Soft skills such as effective communication, teamwork, autonomy, and problem-solving abilities are required.
