As a Developer Advocate, you will educate and inspire developers to build with our AI tools via tutorials, demos, talks, blog posts, videos, and livestreams.
You will build technical content such as example apps, notebooks, integrations, and open-source repositories that demonstrate best practices and real-world use cases.
Engaging with developers in various platforms including forums, Discord, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and conferences will be part of your role, acting as their voice within the company.
You will collect and surface feedback from the community to product and engineering teams to inform roadmap decisions and usability improvements.
Collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, product, research, and marketing will be essential to align community needs with internal priorities.
Supporting launches by creating developer-facing materials and onboarding content for new products, APIs, or SDKs will be a key responsibility.
You will grow and support the community, helping nurture power users and contributors through programs like community champions or open-source initiatives.
Requirements:
A strong technical background is required, ideally with experience in software development, ML/AI, or building with APIs and SDKs.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools and frameworks such as PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar is necessary, along with an understanding of modern LLM-based architectures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, especially when explaining complex technical concepts to a range of audiences.
A public presence or portfolio, including a technical blog, GitHub repositories, talks, videos, or community contributions, that demonstrates your ability to teach, advocate, or engage is required.
Experience building or managing developer communities is a plus.
You should be comfortable with ambiguity and excited about shaping a fast-moving developer-facing function at an early-stage AI company.
