All Hands AI is hiring a Developer Relations Engineer to help shape the future of software development.

The role involves bridging the gap between technical capabilities and user needs within a flourishing open source community.
As one of the early hires, you will work directly with the founding team and engineering organization.

Responsibilities include collecting and synthesizing user feedback, tracking and resolving open-source issues, producing developer-facing content, maintaining documentation, and moderating community discussions.
You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to define and report DevRel KPIs and orchestrate release communications.
The role also involves engaging with strategic ecosystem partners for integrations and promotions.
Requirements:
Candidates should have 3-5+ years of experience in Developer Relations, engineering, or product roles.
A technical background with hands-on experience in AI, Cloud, software development, DevOps, or open source tools is required.
Experience working with product, engineering, marketing/growth, and open source communities is essential.
A track record of successfully activating users with the product and collaborating with product/engineering teams to share feedback is necessary.
Familiarity with open source communities and developer ecosystems is expected.
Willingness to travel at least once a month to AI/Developer community events or host OpenHands meetups is required.
Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from $125,000 to $175,000 per year based on experience.
Employees will receive equity of 0.1%.
