  • Proficiency in JavaScript, REST APIs, OAuth flows, and JSON is required, along with experience troubleshooting and debugging workflows.
  • A willingness to grow expertise in enterprise admin tooling and developer surfaces is essential.
  • Strong communication skills are necessary to simplify technical topics for various audiences.
  • Candidates should be curious, coachable, and eager to learn from others while tackling challenging cases.
  • Proactivity in identifying gaps in documentation and internal processes, along with the initiative to suggest or implement improvements, is expected.

  • The base salary range for this role varies by location, with $95,000 - $124,100 USD for the San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, New York City, and Los Angeles, and $86,000 - $111,800 USD for all other locations, including remote.
