• Key responsibilities include designing and developing scalable, high-performance cloud-native applications using modern microservices patterns on AWS, developing full-stack solutions, encouraging innovation through system architecture collaboration, mentoring junior developers, promoting quality through automated testing and CI/CD pipelines, translating business needs into practical solutions, and working with health data standards in a highly regulated environment.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have over 7 years of professional software development experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, ECS/EKS) is required.
• Applicants should have more than 3 years of experience in creating and deploying full-stack web applications in production.
• Technical skills required include mastery of Kotlin and Go, expertise in Spring Boot and microservices design, experience with Angular or React for frontend development, and solid knowledge of PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
• Familiarity with Gradle, Git, and modern DevOps practices is necessary, along with the ability to work in both Windows and Linux environments.
• Strong communication skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and experience managing complex requirements within agile teams are essential.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
• Preferred qualifications include experience with C# or .NET Core, knowledge of JOOQ or similar database abstraction frameworks, experience with observability tools like Datadog or New Relic, and experience in the healthcare sector or regulated industries.

Benefits:

• The base salary for this position ranges from $95,000 to $125,000 CAD per year, depending on geographic market conditions in Canada.
• Compensation may vary based on knowledge, skills, and experience related to the position, and Intelerad offers a comprehensive total compensation package.
