Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced DevOps Architect to lead the design, automation, and operational excellence of enterprise-scale platforms.
  • In this role, you will focus on building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, managing Kubernetes-based infrastructure, and enabling secure, scalable deployments.
  • You will collaborate closely with platform engineers, SREs, and development teams to ensure reliability, observability, and continuous improvement of core systems.
  • This hands-on position is ideal for professionals passionate about infrastructure automation, platform resiliency, and implementing modern DevOps best practices across diverse environments.
  • Key responsibilities include designing, maintaining, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for fast, repeatable, and secure deployments.
  • You will manage container orchestration and deployment using Kubernetes (EKS) and Helm.
  • Automating infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and monitoring to enhance application reliability and performance is essential.
  • You will collaborate with SRE and development teams to create tooling for observability, diagnostics, and resiliency.
  • Troubleshooting deployment issues and leading root cause analysis for platform-related incidents will be part of your duties.
  • You will implement advanced deployment strategies, including canary releases, blue/green deployments, and rollback mechanisms.
  • Ensuring infrastructure and processes comply with security and audit standards using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices is required.

Requirements:

  • You must have 10+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE roles.
  • Expertise in Jenkins for building robust CI/CD pipelines is necessary.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, preferably AWS EKS, and Helm is required.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Groovy, and version control systems like Git is essential.
  • Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation is required.
  • A solid understanding of monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog) is necessary.
  • You should be comfortable working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
  • Preferred qualifications include exposure to cloud-native technologies (ArgoCD, Flux, Kustomize), service mesh (Istio, Linkerd), SRE practices including SLIs/SLOs, and security/compliance automation (CIS benchmarks).
