Join BlackStone eIT as a DevOps Engineer, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our software development and operational processes.
In this position, you will be responsible for implementing best practices that foster collaboration between development and operations, ensuring seamless integration and continuous delivery.
Your role will encompass automating deployment processes, managing infrastructure, and advocating for effective communication among teams.
Leveraging your expertise in cloud infrastructure and CI/CD methodologies, you will help us achieve high performance and reliability in our systems.
Key responsibilities include designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient software delivery, managing and optimizing cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.) to support application deployment, and working closely with development teams to gather requirements and provide effective solutions.
You will also automate processes to enhance operational productivity and streamline workflows, monitor systems and applications to identify performance issues and implement fixes, contribute to the development of security policies within the infrastructure, document technical processes and maintain code repositories, and participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
You must have 3+ years of proven experience in a DevOps or related role.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is essential.
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.) is necessary.
Familiarity with container orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm) is required.
Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash, Python, or Ruby is needed.
An understanding of networking concepts and system security practices is important.
You should be able to thrive in a fast-paced, agile work environment.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills are required.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in teams are essential.
