The position is within the Tolling Services team of Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Hungary, which specializes in electronic road-charging solutions.
The team develops and operates intelligent, kilometer-based tolling systems for international customers, covering the entire business process including vehicle registrations, country booking, providing On-Board Units, position data transmission, charge calculation, and fleet billing.
The role involves driving automation and efficiency by developing cutting-edge CI/CD pipelines and streamlining systematic processes.
The candidate will be part of an agile team that takes full operational responsibility for the services owned, including production environment management, 24x7 on-call duty, and adherence to SLAs.
The team aims to enhance existing services and expand into new domains while collaborating with T-Systems International.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT, or relevant work experience is required.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary.
The candidate must be a team player with the ability to work effectively in teams.
Experience with collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence is required.
Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and Artifactory is essential.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git is necessary.
Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts and tools, such as Terraform and Ansible, is required.
Knowledge of containerization technologies, such as Docker, is necessary.
An understanding of security best practices in CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure is required.
