  • You will help automate repetitive tasks and streamline development processes, including monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting.
  • Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues across multiple environments is a key responsibility to ensure uptime and reliability.
  • You will implement and maintain system and application monitoring and alerting tools to detect and resolve issues proactively within the DevOps Platform.
  • Participation in on-call rotations and troubleshooting critical production incidents is required.
  • You will assist in maintaining security best practices such as secure environments, pipelines, and data privacy.
  • Documenting processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for operational transparency and knowledge sharing is also part of the role.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required.
  • Familiarity with version control tools such as Git is necessary.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI) is essential.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (Salesforce, AWS, Azure) and infrastructure management is required.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology of development is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills are necessary for this role.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams are required.
  • The ability to learn new technologies and stay up-to-date with industry trends is essential.
  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience in a DevOps, Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) role is a nice to have.

Benefits:

  • The pay range for this position is $94,200 to $141,400 for all US locations.
  • This position is also bonus eligible.
