Remote DevOps Engineer

Description:

• IT Labs is seeking a DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience in deploying Kubernetes clusters and managing infrastructure across cloud and on-prem environments.
• The role involves working directly with clients to design, implement, and support scalable, secure, and observable systems.
• This position requires a blend of deep technical expertise and strong communication and collaboration skills.
• The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for delivering secure, reliable, and scalable solutions in a client-facing capacity.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have experience deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters in AWS, Azure, and on-premise environments.
• Extensive experience with Azure is required.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Crossplane, Terraform, and Helm is necessary.
• A solid understanding of networking, security, and observability in containerized environments is essential.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working directly with clients are mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset are required.
• The ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences is important.
• Candidates should be self-motivated, organized, and able to collaborate across teams.
• Bonus points for experience in customer success, solutions engineering, or regulated/high-security environments.
