Lumana is seeking a hands-on DevOps Engineer to help design, deploy, and operate the core infrastructure of their cloud platform.
This role is high-impact and supports the fast-moving R&D team as they scale globally.
The engineer will take ownership of the tools, systems, and services that power production and development environments.
The position is based in Tel Aviv with a hybrid schedule, allowing for 2 days of remote work per week and occasional travel to the Caesarea office.
The compensation for this role ranges from 30,000 to 35,000 NIS per month.
Responsibilities include designing and implementing scalable, secure, and reliable DevOps solutions, partnering with R&D, optimizing CI/CD processes, managing observability solutions, automating infrastructure provisioning, and participating in on-call rotations.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering.
Deep expertise with a top cloud provider and cloud solution architecture is required, with a preference for GCP.
Proven experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines is essential.
Experience with observability and logging tools such as GCP Observability, DataDog, Thanos, Prometheus, and Grafana is necessary.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC) expertise using Terraform is required.
Familiarity with managing distributed systems, including databases, Kafka, and MQTT, is important.
Strong scripting or service development skills in Node.js, Python, or Go are needed.
A proactive mindset and high accountability in production environments are essential.
Nice to have qualifications include prior experience in high-scale or security-focused environments, contributions to open-source infrastructure projects, and experience supporting edge devices or IoT infrastructure.
