Remote DevOps Engineer (Multi-Cloud / Infrastructure Lead)

Description:

• FlatGigs is hiring for an experienced DevOps Engineer on behalf of a fast-growing technology company that is re-architecting its infrastructure to support a cloud-agnostic strategy.
• The goal is to transition from an Azure-centric setup to a scalable, flexible infrastructure that operates seamlessly across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• The selected candidate will lead the design, implementation, and operationalization of this transformation.
• Responsibilities include leading the shift from single-cloud to multi-cloud, designing and implementing scalable architecture, building and maintaining reusable templates using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Pulumi, deploying and managing workloads in Kubernetes, optimizing CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows, setting up observability and alerting systems, and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure security and compliance.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 4+ years of DevOps/SRE experience with modern infrastructure practices.
• Hands-on expertise in containerization using Docker is required.
• Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi is necessary.
• Proven ability to deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters is essential.
• Practical experience with at least two of the following cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or GCP is a must.
