  • This position is for a DevOps Engineer at Callibrity, fully remote within the United States.
  • The role involves leading a high-impact modernization project, specifically integrating a headless Sitecore experience using Next.js and hosted on Vercel.
  • The engineer will blend hands-on engineering with team enablement, guiding the transition toward modern platform practices while supporting Azure infrastructure.
  • Key responsibilities include leading the technical implementation of a new public-facing web platform, designing CI/CD deployment workflows, configuring preview environments, and integrating observability tools for performance monitoring.
  • The engineer will also mentor DevOps team members, support existing Azure infrastructure, collaborate with teams for practical improvements, unify observability across platforms, and establish monitoring standards.

Requirements:

  • Candidates should have 3–6 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure infrastructure and Azure DevOps pipelines is required.
  • Familiarity with Next.js lifecycles and frontend deployment platforms like Vercel or Netlify is necessary.
  • Proficiency in observability tools such as Elastic Cloud or similar platforms is expected.
  • Strong scripting and automation skills in PowerShell, Bash, or TypeScript are preferred.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Candidates must be able to work full-time on U.S. Eastern or Central Time hours.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship is required.
  • Experience with Sitecore Headless Services, Azure Container Apps, internal tooling frameworks, and developer self-service patterns is a plus.
