This position is for a DevOps Engineer at Callibrity, fully remote within the United States.
The role involves leading a high-impact modernization project, specifically integrating a headless Sitecore experience using Next.js and hosted on Vercel.
The engineer will blend hands-on engineering with team enablement, guiding the transition toward modern platform practices while supporting Azure infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include leading the technical implementation of a new public-facing web platform, designing CI/CD deployment workflows, configuring preview environments, and integrating observability tools for performance monitoring.
The engineer will also mentor DevOps team members, support existing Azure infrastructure, collaborate with teams for practical improvements, unify observability across platforms, and establish monitoring standards.
Requirements:
Candidates should have 3–6 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles.
Strong hands-on experience with Azure infrastructure and Azure DevOps pipelines is required.
Familiarity with Next.js lifecycles and frontend deployment platforms like Vercel or Netlify is necessary.
Proficiency in observability tools such as Elastic Cloud or similar platforms is expected.
Strong scripting and automation skills in PowerShell, Bash, or TypeScript are preferred.
Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Candidates must be able to work full-time on U.S. Eastern or Central Time hours.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship is required.
Experience with Sitecore Headless Services, Azure Container Apps, internal tooling frameworks, and developer self-service patterns is a plus.
