Tebra is seeking a DevOps Engineer to support a world-class service that provides customers with an always-on, automated SaaS environment for building products and services.

Responsibilities include developing and improving deployment processes using container technologies, architecting and managing cloud technologies, and maintaining infrastructure-as-code libraries.
The engineer will engage with development teams to promote DevOps principles, develop monitoring solutions, and support production infrastructure in the cloud.
The role also involves identifying automation opportunities, collaborating with the Engineering and Operations teams to resolve issues, documenting processes, and managing cloud costs effectively.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 3+ years of hands-on experience in systems administration, engineering, or DevOps roles, particularly with highly scalable distributed systems.
Experience supporting mission-critical platforms in AWS is required.
Applicants should have experience designing, building, and managing AWS infrastructure, including automation using coding languages.
Familiarity with AWS databases like RDS, DynamoDB, and Aurora, including performance tuning and backup setup, is necessary.
A general understanding of cloud networking (VPCs) is expected.
Strong experience with Infrastructure As Code technologies such as Terraform, CloudFormation, and Troposphere is required.
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like ECS Fargate and Docker is essential.
A solid understanding of DNS management (Route 53) and content delivery networks (CloudFront) is needed.
Hands-on experience with monitoring and APM tools (e.g., DataDog, CloudWatch) is required.
Strong experience with Git-based workflows and building CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Harness, Jenkins) is necessary.
Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role.
