PVM is offering a Software Engineering Fellowship specifically for transitioning service members participating in the DoD SkillBridge program.
The fellowship is designed to provide hands-on experience, professional mentorship, and opportunities to apply or build technical skills in a mission-driven environment.
The position is available remotely or in a hybrid format, depending on location, and lasts up to 180 days in accordance with DoD SkillBridge guidelines.
As a Software Engineering Fellow, you will work alongside experienced engineers, product managers, and analysts to learn, contribute, and grow.
You will gain exposure to projects in data engineering and analysis, cloud-native applications and DevSecOps, low-code/no-code platforms like Palantir Foundry, and agile team collaboration with modern development workflows.
The fellowship includes a structured training path, allowing you to work on internal tools, prototypes, or real-world client challenges based on your experience and interests.
Requirements:
You must be an active-duty service member eligible for the DoD SkillBridge program.
A strong interest in software engineering, data, or technology careers is required.
You should be motivated to learn, solve problems, and build high-impact solutions.
Strong communication and time management skills are essential, as you will be working in a team environment.
Some experience with programming, software development, or data tools is preferred.
