Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of development and technical leadership experience.
Excellent knowledge of Drupal architecture and APIs is required.
Experience with large-scale enterprise projects is necessary.
The ability to scope projects, work with clients, and lead technical workshops is essential.
Proficiency in prioritizing and managing multiple projects is needed.
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders are required.
Experience in PHP and Drupal development is mandatory.
Candidates should have the ability to mentor and train teams.
Familiarity with project management tools like Redmine or JIRA is necessary.
