  • This role bridges customer business requirements with Veeam’s technology, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices while supporting partner-driven implementations.
  • The position involves technical leadership, customer consultation, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver successful outcomes, particularly for large enterprise customers undergoing digital transformation.
  • The Enterprise Architect develops reference architectures and design guidelines that standardize deployments across both customer-led and partner-led projects.
  • They collaborate with pre-sales teams to ensure a smooth transition from initial solution design to implementation.
  • Key tasks include conducting technical discovery sessions, designing solution architectures, creating technical documentation, defining project scope, providing technical oversight during deployments, and engaging with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have IT experience, including in a solution architecture or technical leadership role.
  • Deep expertise in data protection, backup & recovery, disaster recovery (DR), and cybersecurity is required.
  • Hands-on experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and container security in enterprise environments is necessary.
  • Strong technical knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and storage systems is essential.
  • A record of leading transformation projects for large enterprise customers is expected, ensuring technical solutions support business-wide digital evolution.
  • Candidates should have a strong understanding of networking, security, compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.), and IT governance.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are required, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in a post-sales consulting, professional services, or solution delivery role with direct customer engagement is necessary.
  • Required certifications include TOGAF (or equivalent enterprise architecture certification) and Veeam VMCE, along with relevant certifications in cloud, security, or virtualization.
