The position involves technical leadership, customer consultation, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver successful outcomes, particularly for large enterprise customers undergoing digital transformation.
The Enterprise Architect develops reference architectures and design guidelines that standardize deployments across both customer-led and partner-led projects.
They collaborate with pre-sales teams to ensure a smooth transition from initial solution design to implementation.
Key tasks include conducting technical discovery sessions, designing solution architectures, creating technical documentation, defining project scope, providing technical oversight during deployments, and engaging with stakeholders.
Requirements:
Candidates must have IT experience, including in a solution architecture or technical leadership role.
Deep expertise in data protection, backup & recovery, disaster recovery (DR), and cybersecurity is required.
Hands-on experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and container security in enterprise environments is necessary.
Strong technical knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and storage systems is essential.
A record of leading transformation projects for large enterprise customers is expected, ensuring technical solutions support business-wide digital evolution.
Candidates should have a strong understanding of networking, security, compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.), and IT governance.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are required, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in a post-sales consulting, professional services, or solution delivery role with direct customer engagement is necessary.
Required certifications include TOGAF (or equivalent enterprise architecture certification) and Veeam VMCE, along with relevant certifications in cloud, security, or virtualization.
