As an Enterprise Data Analyst, you will help Optiwatt become a more data-driven organization by creating solutions for clients, managing load data products, and supporting sales and client success teams.
You will deliver high-quality program reporting and develop data tooling for critical deliverables such as Monthly Reports and Quarterly Business Reviews for utility clients.
You will generate strategic insights into the value of Optiwatt's product from a load management perspective, ensuring alignment with utility client objectives.
You will conduct 1-2 deep research projects per quarter focusing on the value proposition of Optiwatt for enterprise clients and comprehensive market analysis.
You will identify and prioritize product needs, determining when to build reusable solutions versus creating one-off quick-fixes.
You will efficiently resolve data and reporting-related requests within rapid timeframes, ensuring minimal reliance on Product or Engineering teams.
You will ensure the quality and trustworthiness of data and help foster a more data-driven culture within the organization.
Requirements:
You must be an expert in data analysis, capable of writing complex SQL queries and building dashboards to inform key product and business decisions.
You should thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, capable of quickly delivering thoughtful and bug-free analyses while managing evolving business requirements.
You need to be a self-learner who can quickly acquire new skills and tackle ambiguous challenges, preferably with experience in the latest AI technologies.
You should have a proven track record of creating solutions for cross-functional teams and effectively partnering with product teams to inform the product roadmap.
Ideally, you should possess a strong understanding of utility and load management fundamentals, with experience evaluating utility programs and reporting on load shift performance.
You must be able to communicate professionally and clearly with utility partners and clients, navigating difficult situations effectively.
You should have a deep understanding of client needs and proactively deliver insights that exceed their expectations.
