We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Project Lead and Senior Azure Application Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of complex enterprise-grade applications built on Microsoft Azure using .NET technologies.
This individual will play a pivotal role in bridging architecture and delivery, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful execution across Microsoft technology stacks including Azure PaaS services, DevOps, and Power Platform.
Key responsibilities include leading the end-to-end architecture and development of cloud-native enterprise applications, designing scalable and secure solutions, evaluating existing systems for modernization, acting as technical lead across multiple initiatives, managing delivery teams, owning delivery timelines and documentation, facilitating agile ceremonies, providing mentorship, collaborating with stakeholders, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 8+ years of enterprise application development experience, with at least 5 years focused on Azure-native development.
Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-team application development projects is required.
Expert-level knowledge of .NET Core / C# and modern web APIs is essential.
A strong understanding of Azure PaaS services including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Azure Storage, Event Grid, Service Bus, Azure Key Vault, Azure Monitor, and Application Insights is necessary.
Experience implementing CI/CD using Azure DevOps or GitHub is required.
Familiarity with Azure architecture frameworks and Well-Architected principles is expected.
A strong background in Agile delivery and iterative software development is essential.
