  • Crowdbotics aims to enhance software development through natural language understanding, utilizing AI to extract business requirements and technical insights from legacy code.
  • The Enterprise Solutions Engineer will act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their needs and addressing technical issues or specific business applications.
  • Responsibilities include partnering with Enterprise Account Executives to strategize for Fortune 500 companies, guiding customers on leveraging AI-driven solutions, and delivering technical, demo, and sales presentations.
  • The role involves communicating the value of AI-driven tools to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and tailoring platform capabilities to meet customer requirements.
  • The engineer will collaborate with Marketing and Product teams on competitive and feature requirements, develop product suggestions, and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
  • Continuous learning about updates in the field is expected.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical acumen and customer consulting experience are required.
  • Experience with AI-driven platforms for software development, especially in requirements generation and reverse engineering, is necessary; familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) is a plus.
  • A proven track record of winning technical mindshare within Enterprise Tech Leaders is essential.
  • Candidates must be willing to travel 10% to 30% of the time.
  • Creativity in sales and customer relationship building is important.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
  • Previous experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales at the Enterprise level is necessary.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
  • Negotiation and social problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-velocity sales environment and multitask is necessary.
  • 10-15 years of experience in Enterprise Technical Sales is required.
  • A proven record of influencing technical mindshare and achieving sales targets is necessary.
  • Hands-on engineering and/or software architect experience is required.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems is a must.
