Solutions Engineers will work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand their problems and craft creative technical solutions.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 4+ years of sales experience, with at least 2+ years in enterprise companies.
Strong discovery and interpersonal skills are essential for this position.
Candidates should demonstrate intellectual curiosity, high ambition, and humility.
Experience in selling Martech and/or Data Solutions is required.
Familiarity with Cloud Warehouses, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Modeling, and APIs is necessary.
Bonus points for candidates with experience in Customer Data Platforms.
Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $190,000-$220,000 OTE (70/30 split) per year, with a remote-first policy.
