Webflow is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to help customers understand the capabilities of the Webflow platform.
The role is remote-first, specifically for candidates residing in the Central or Eastern Time Zone of the United States or Ontario, Canada.
This is a full-time, permanent, exempt position.
The cash compensation for this role varies based on geographic location, with specific salary ranges provided for different zones in the United States and Canada.
The Enterprise Solutions Engineer will support 2-3 Enterprise Account Executives and manage multiple strategic deals simultaneously.
Responsibilities include guiding Enterprise customers through the evaluation process, partnering with Account Executives and customers for solution design, and presenting demonstrations that highlight Webflow's benefits.
The role also involves influencing product direction by representing customer feedback and leading strategic cross-functional initiatives.
The position reports to the Senior Manager of Solutions Engineering.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, specifically with large Enterprise customers.
A consultative approach and a passion for helping customers solve problems are essential.
Advanced knowledge of the Webflow product and awareness of third-party app integrations is required.
Strong storytelling skills within the context of discovery and product demonstrations are necessary.
An advanced understanding of APIs and web programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is expected.
Candidates should be able to work autonomously and collaboratively, demonstrating radical candor in communication.
Excellent coaching, writing, discovery, and presentation skills are required.
A strong enthusiasm for building customer trust and relationships is essential.
Candidates must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changing priorities.
A curiosity and openness to growth, particularly in emerging technologies like AI, is important.
