Description:

  • As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales, you will be the technical champion throughout the sales process with Lumos' largest customers.
  • You will partner closely with go-to-market (GTM) and technical teams across Lumos, playing an instrumental role in scaling the technical go-to-market motion.
  • You will serve as a trusted advisor and product expert for Lumos prospects and customers, owning all technical responsibilities required in the sales journey.
  • Your responsibilities include architecting demos, proofs of concept (POCs), and end-to-end solutions for complex customers, aligning with their business goals at every stage.
  • You will structure POCs with strong success criteria, taking full ownership of the process to ensure successful implementation from the outset.
  • You will work cross-functionally to drive technical and process investments that help scale go-to-market teams, grow revenue, and support the growing customer base.
  • You will own initiatives that drive meaningful impact for the company and serve as a subject matter expert on the market Lumos operates in, reporting on market trends, customer success stories, and common issues.

Requirements:

  • You must have 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales role within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Experience in the identity or cybersecurity industry is a plus.
  • You should have demonstrated success managing the pre-sales process for enterprise customers that require complex solutions.
  • Fluency in APIs and comfortability reading Python or similar programming languages is required.
  • An empathetic and customer-centric approach is essential.
  • You should have a desire to work in a high-growth, start-up environment where resources are still being built out or refined.
