• As a Staff Engineer, you will work in an agile team, maintaining and adding new functionalities to the system using Node.js, Next.js, React, and React Native.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in relational databases such as Postgres and non-relational databases like MongoDB.
• Experience with message brokers such as Kafka and SQS.
• Strong knowledge of Node.js (NestJS), React (Next.js), and TypeScript.
• Ability to work in an agile environment and collaborate effectively with team members.
• A commitment to sharing knowledge, technologies, and new ideas regularly.
• Experience in mentoring junior developers through code reviews and feedback.
• Familiarity with defining technical standards and innovation practices.
