The position requires candidates to have an active TS/SCI with a Counterintelligence Polygraph and be local to specific locations including Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, DC; Reston, VA; College Park, MD; Quantico, VA; Colorado Springs, CO; or Waikiki, HI.
Responsibilities include providing Tier-3/4 level support for F5 related architecture, primarily LTM Load Balancing, and collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver solutions.
The role demands excellent troubleshooting skills, strong interpersonal and presentation skills, and hands-on knowledge of TCP/IP and UNIX/LINUX variants.
Candidates should have experience with network devices and be familiar with F5 Architecture, including managing multiple Route Domains and/or Partitions.
The position involves leading complex troubleshooting efforts and providing on-site/remote support.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a STEM-related field with eight or more years of experience is required.
Candidates must be familiar with working in environments involving development, engineering, sustainment, and overall operations and maintenance activities for secure government systems.
Relevant F5 Certified Professional certifications are necessary, and candidates must remain current with changes.
Candidates must possess the required DoD Directive 8570.1 IAT Level II or higher certification.
Preferred qualifications include F5 200-series certification.
An active TS/SCI with a CI polygraph is mandatory.
