We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful Testing Lead to join our team in building a next-generation digital platform for the life insurance industry.
This platform integrates multiple SaaS solutions using modern cloud-native architectures and APIs, and your leadership will be critical in ensuring its quality, performance, and reliability.
You will join a cross-functional, agile team of engineers, architects, and product leaders who are passionate about transforming the life insurance experience.
The team is responsible for delivering a secure, scalable, and intuitive digital platform that connects multiple SaaS systems and services through modern APIs.

Requirements:
A minimum of 7 years of experience in software testing within a cloud/applications environment, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, or a similar field is required.
Full English fluency is mandatory.
A strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and RESTful APIs is essential.
SAFe Practitioner or SAFe Agilist Certification must be obtained within 180 days of hire.
SAFe DevOps Certification is preferred.
Certification around test frameworks is highly desired.
Experience in the insurance or financial services domain is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues are required.
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams to quickly identify, fix, and address root causes is necessary.
Proficiency in using data and automation to improve application quality is essential.
Strong documentation skills to ensure practices are well-documented and clear are required.
Excellent communication and organizational skills are necessary.
Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JMeter) is a must.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) is preferred.
Familiarity with other cloud services (e.g., AWS S3, Lambda, MuleSoft, Cloudhub) would be highly desired.
