The role involves building and automating dashboards and reports, especially related to Uniphore transcription data.
The Data Analyst will understand business goals, gather requirements, and communicate effectively about what data is available or limited.
Responsibilities include extracting and manipulating data using SQL, Cognos ReportNet, OBIEE Answers, and Google Looker.
The analyst will ensure data quality, contribute to testing and implementation for system upgrades or changes, and analyze the impact on data/reporting.
The position requires acting as a liaison between business and IT, resolving data-related technical issues collaboratively.
The role also involves creating NLP to generate insights into transcribed customer interactions.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
Strong proficiency in SQL, including programming, modeling, and handling complex queries, is necessary.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including baselines and reporting, is required.
Familiarity with business analysis tools such as Google Data Studio/Looker, Power BI, or Cognos is essential.
Experience with transcription data analysis platforms such as Uniphore, AWS Connect, or similar tools is needed.
Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and data extractions is required.
