The Analytics & Business Intelligence team supports the entire Direct Business Unit by building reporting, analyzing data, running tests, and measuring results.
The role involves generating strategic business insights from both structured and unstructured data.
The candidate will translate stakeholder requirements into measurable metrics to support effective decision-making.
Proficiency in presenting data through dashboards and reports is essential to guide initiatives and enable performance tracking.
The position supports marketing by performing data manipulation and mining on large datasets.
Responsibilities include developing data structures, creating computer programs to extract information from databases, and analyzing marketing driver effectiveness.
The role requires identifying market segments and developing specialized reporting approaches.
The candidate will prepare exhibits, respond to data requests, and provide detailed requirements for systems implementation projects.
Monitoring marketing performance data and facilitating results across the organization is also part of the job.
The position supports the data sciences team through data access and manipulation.
Requirements:
A minimum of 1-3 years of total work experience is required, with a preference for candidates with similar experience.
The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Math, IT, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency in SQL and Power BI is required at an advanced level.
Entry-level skills in Python or R are preferred, and familiarity with DBT is a plus.
The candidate must be fluent in English.
Critical skills include intermediate data analysis, reporting, data visualization, and collaboration with stakeholders, with entry-level skills in critical thinking and presentation.
