Requirements:
A BSc in Computer Software, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline is required.
Proven experience in a customer-facing or field engineering role is necessary.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting are required.
Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
Familiarity with embedded SoCs, embedded Linux, video codec technologies (H.26x, JPEG2000), and high-speed video interfaces (HDMI, SDI, CSI) is needed.
Knowledge of protocols and interfaces such as SPI, UART, I²S, and I²C, as well as FPGA platforms (e.g., Xilinx Zynq), is important.
An understanding of electronics hardware design, board-level debugging, and Ethernet/IP networking fundamentals (DHCP, DNS, subnets, VLANs, multicast, QoS) is required.
