  • The role requires effective collaboration with international team members in a remote environment.

Requirements:

  • You must have 3+ years of professional mobile development experience, with at least 2+ years in Flutter/Dart.
  • A deep understanding of Flutter’s widget tree, state management (Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, Redux), and performance tuning is essential.
  • Knowledge of native iOS and Android development is required.
  • Proven experience in leading projects or teams, making architectural decisions, and shipping production apps is necessary.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management is expected.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills are required to work across disciplines and with clients directly.
