Aisera is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to help create state-of-the-art AI Agents that solve practical problems for customers.
The role involves leveraging the latest technologies in Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI Agent systems while ensuring solutions are cost-effective, secure, and reliable.
The engineer will be responsible for deploying AI agents that address real-world challenges and will work closely with customers, software engineers, and machine learning engineers.
Key responsibilities include developing, configuring, and deploying AI agents using Aisera's AI platform and tools.
The engineer will integrate AI agents with external systems such as APIs, databases, and CRMs to ensure seamless workflow integration.
Responsibilities also include optimizing agent performance, troubleshooting issues in complex enterprise environments, and collaborating with customers to gather technical requirements.
The role requires conducting interactive demos, presenting proof-of-concepts, and refining solutions based on customer feedback.
The engineer will define project milestones, create implementation plans, and coordinate execution with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
Serving as a trusted technical advisor for customers, the engineer will guide best practices for AI agent adoption and usage.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in software development, AI/ML engineering, or system integration.
Proficiency in Python is essential, with the ability to write clean and efficient code.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts is required, and hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering techniques is strongly preferred.
A strong understanding of general AI agent frameworks, function calling, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) is necessary, with hands-on experience in building such systems being strongly preferred.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, as well as DevOps practices including CI/CD, containerization, and monitoring, is required.
Candidates should have hands-on experience with integrating systems via APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines.
The ability to use data-driven decision-making, including A/B testing and performance monitoring, to refine solutions is essential.
Excellent communication and project management skills are required for this position.
Benefits:
The base pay range for this position is between $125,000 and $175,000.
