Responsibilities include being the primary technical point of contact for customers, leading the end-to-end integration lifecycle, developing custom workflows/RPAs, troubleshooting integration issues, and mentoring junior team members.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 3+ years of hands-on software implementation and integration experience working directly with customers.
Proficiency in integration technologies such as SSO, REST APIs, Web Services, and Software integrations is required.
Scripting experience in JavaScript, Java, or Python is necessary.
A passion for customers and problem-solving, along with a desire to understand the customer’s technical and business environment, is essential.
Candidates should be comfortable in a startup environment and possess excellent communication skills.
U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
A Bachelor’s or higher degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field is mandatory.
